Kevin O’Keefe of Real Lawyers Have Blogs analyzed Winston & Strawn’s Maritime Environmental Crimes “blog” and determined that it was not, in fact, a blog. O’Keefe notes that Winston & Strawn’s effort is essentially nothing more than periodically updated static pages with no comments, RSS feed or other standard blog components.  Try a little harder guys.
